  • Guest user：My recent stay at the Cross 2 Pattaya Ocean Sphere was a mix of highs and lows. While the facilities and some of the amenities were impressive, there were notable issues that impacted my overall experience. While the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. My room was not well-cleaned, and to my dismay, it was full of geckos. This made my stay uncomfortable and detracted from the overall luxury experience the hotel aims to provide. The private pool is great and relaxing but I found that it is too dark during night garden lights and surrounded are not working and make the pool not great at night, including a lot of mosquitoes around. Water pressure are not strong and I had difficulty to control hot water showers and it took an hour to fill the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was extensive and satisfying, with food varieties and unlimited bubbles. Staff in the restaurant are super attentive and friendly. While the hotel has many positive aspects, the cleanliness issues and the presence of geckos in my room significantly affected my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Despite these issues, the location, amenities, and service were commendable. Rating: ???
  • Guest user：Check in & check out took very long. Room was great. Staffs are great too
  • Guest user：My family in 12 people were staying in 2 adjoining villas for 3 nights there, and we all enjoyed very much. It is recommended to try staying in this luxury hotel if you do not mind the location of hotel (it needs nearly 40 minutes to travel between the hotel and downtown like Terminal 21 Mall). It has a shuttle little bus travelling between beach and hotel. The closed time for such service is 6pm. However, the staff are volunteered to drive us back to the hotel after service hours.
